This is a great way to step down to a standard residential fridge. The home builder forced them into getting a professional grade refrigerator because of the 48" x 84" cabinet opening. We were able to enclose the opening to 36" wide by 74" high, perfect for a standard fridge. That left room for a 12" wide pantry cabinet on the left side.
